Daily attendance, marks entry scoped to each teacher's assigned classes and subjects, and marksheet publication.

Fee structures, invoicing, and payment tracking, with financial roles kept separate from academic ones.
Role-based workspaces
Admins, directors, head teachers, directors of studies, bursars, secretaries, teachers, parents, and students each see work scoped to their role.
Timetabling
Class and subject timetables generated and maintained per school.
Parent & student portal
Guardians and learners can view attendance, results, timetable, and fee status for their own family - and nothing beyond it.
How schools stay isolated
Many schools run on the same platform, but no school can see or modify another school's records. Access is scoped by role and school membership in the application, and enforced again by the database, so a mistake in application logic cannot expose another school's data.
